Her face is being messed up beyond recognition into uncanny valley and it makes me feel sorry for despite her awful behaviour and views. I am reminded of the Kurt Russell movie Escape from LA, and the surgeon general(Bruce Campbell) was kidnapping people for body parts and making plastic surgery monsters.
